Frequently Asked Questions
Is the certification really free?
Yes, your first attempt per module is free during early access through May 31, 2026. After that, the Free plan still includes one exam attempt per module at no cost.
What happens when my Pro subscription expires?
You keep all certificates you have earned. They never expire. However, you will lose access to Pro-only features such as unlimited retakes, code snippet submissions, and forum access until you renew.
Can I switch from Pro to Enterprise?
Yes, contact our sales team or upgrade directly from your account settings. Your remaining Pro subscription will be prorated toward the Enterprise plan.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with NET-30 terms.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
During the early access period (through May 31, 2026), all Pro features are available for free. After that, we plan to offer a 14-day free trial for new Pro subscribers.
How does per-seat pricing work for Enterprise?
Each seat represents one user account. You purchase the number of seats your team needs and can add or remove seats at any time. Billing is adjusted automatically on a prorated basis.
